How long we should replacement Clucth in BMW 5 series : Commonly BMW 5 series has good clucth life, I ever seen BMW 5 series with 98k miles still have Original Clutch, but sometimes we worry about BMW clutch. Clutch wear depends on a couple factors:
1. Do you ride the pedal when stopped? (wears out pilot bearings faster).
2. Do you slip the clutch a lot when changing gears?
3. Do you race the car?
4. Are you the only driver?
Ideally, “NO” answers to the first three, and a “YES” to #4 will likely result in longer clutch life.
Otherwise, We’ve heard commonly 70k for hard usage, up to ~100k for generally easy usage.
