BMW Repair – Bmw 525 Oil Leak In Cylinder
At 124k miles, there is a strong possibility that the guides and seals are fine, what you may have here is a head gasket that is delaminating and allowing oil into the cylinders or a possible cracked head. I recommend cylinder head removal and a pressure test at the machine shop of your choice. Warranty time to R&R the head is about 10 hours. Bentley manuals are quite good and I recommend them highly. Interesting question. If we even drive a japanese car toyota, honda, suzuki we feel power steering is so light, but if we drive BMW, it feel harder than the japanese car. why?
